DMCA Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

InstaSaver respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how copyright holders can notify us of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks.

1. Our policy at a glance

2. How to submit a DMCA notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been processed by InstaSaver in a way that constitutes infringement, send a written notice to contact@instasaver.click with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Your notice must include the following:

  1. Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
  3. The exact Instagram URL(s) that you believe have been processed through our service without authorisation.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. If you are unsure how to draft a notice, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe that content referenced in a takedown notice was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

4. Repeat infringers

It is our policy to block access to the service for users who are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.

5. Limitations

Filing a false or misleading DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Before submitting a notice, consider whether your concern is actually covered by copyright law or whether it is a separate issue such as trademark, privacy or defamation. For non-copyright concerns please use our general contact form instead.

6. Designated agent

Our designated agent for receiving DMCA notices is the InstaSaver Legal Team, reachable at contact@instasaver.click.
